In August 2022 the foodbank was awarded £1000 and second place in the Tesco Community Grant. Thanks to everyone who voted with the blue tokens. With the grant we were able to purchase washing powders and fabric conditioners to add to our food parcels. We also purchased some foodbank fleeces and jackets for volunteers to keep them warm and dry as well as printed information post cards to pop into our food parcels.
